BSP2 FX patch version 1.0

This patch includes my bullet hit graphics, sun/moon graphics, and the best sounds that I picked up from various sources (mostly old PL stuff which, as far as I can tell, no longer exists on the PL site).  It also includes Captain Darwin's smoke patch, and Garp's fire patch.  Simply unzip the patch to the patches folder if you're using CM, and then add the patch to the list of patches in use.  If you don't use CM, copy the contents of the BSP2fx folders to the RedBaron3D\Data folder.

If you're using this patch together with any other terrain graphics patch, install this patch first, then the terrain patch.
